Please Note: Orders placed before 3PM Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day excluding Bank Holidays. The next working day shipping service applies to orders placed between Monday -Thursday, orders placed any time after 3pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and any next working day orders will be delivered on the following Monday (Saturday is not classed as a working day).
If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order a LimeXB will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any issue.
Unfortunately we cannot offer next day service to the following UK Postcodes; AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, G83, HS1-9, IV1-99, KA27-28, KW, PA20-99, PH15-99, PO[30-41], IM1-99, TR21-25, JE, GY, BT1-99. Live Interactive Media Events Ltd will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Please note - Next day courier is not a 100% gauranteed service and Lime cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or a delay within their system i.e Breakdown or Peak Periods.
International delivery costs will be displayed at checkout. Price will vary depending on your selected shipping option, country and weight of the item.
Times will vary depending on your countries import regulations and postal service. We advise that you check with your carrier for an estimate on how long it takes to ship items from the UK to your country.
Tracking information will be provided depending on shipping service selected and will appear in your account. You may also be contacted by the courier regarding delivery information as well as estimated delivery times. Alternatively you can track your parcel via the Carrier company's website with the tracking number that has been provided (Carrier details can be found below).
A delay in your item being dispatched could be for a number of reasons including:
In the unfortunate event that your item has not arrived by the expected delivery date we advise that you first contact your local postal or courier depot to ensure the goods are not awaiting collection, please also ensure that no calling cards or notes have been left stating that a delivery had been attempted. Instructions on what to do next will be provided on the calling cards if this is the case. In the event that no card has been left please, contact your local depot for further information. Limexb shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Please note: Your first 3 orders with us must be shipped to the matching billing address for security and fraud prevention reasons. After your first 3 orders have been placed you may then add additional shipping addresses. If you checkout using PayPal, we will always ship to the address verified by PayPal. If your address is not verified we may ask for further information and thus delaying your order being dispatched.
