Before i got these i thought that the x1's were the best turtlebeaches ever but when i got these they just blew me away,the sound quality is amazing and its so crisp and clear but the best thing is no wires except for the chat lead other than that there are no wires at all.just like to say lime thanks for bringing us the best in Quality and service 5*.add me on xbl my gt is: v FLeX v.Cheers Lime : )

Great Headset. I found the bass too much but as you can switch it off this made the differenee over the X1's. I have a 50" plasma but by placing the transmitter on top, any interference is eliminated. Being able to walk around with the wireless controller and the earphones plugged in allows you to still chat even whilst outside the line of sight of the game audio transmitter. Top Notch!

I love these headsets, i was cautious about buying these as they were very expensive but they are worth every penny. Even for a hardcore gamer i cant imagine the batteries dying on these in less than 24hrs of gameplay

I can only agree with all the good reviews about these 'phones, they really are that good!!! However, beware, whilst playing wirelessly I kept losing my connection. After trying everything else I finally discovered that it was the Ear force transmitter being placed in a line between my router and xbox receiver. If you are having a similar problem then simply place the Ear force transmitter away from the xbox receiver and all your connection problems will be solved.

I wanted these so bad that I had to transfer money to a friend in the US so he could buy them and send them to me as these headphones didn't ship outside the US & Canada back then. I've been playing with these for about a year now and they're a really really good purchase. Now that they're available in the UK as well I would recommend them to anyone. Honestly, get them, they're a must have!

I used to have the X1's but didn't like to pack everything away at the end of playing (Wires). So i bought the wireless X3's instead. THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER!!!!! Don't get me wrong the X1's are good, very good! BUT the X3's are fantastic!!!! No wires to put away at the end of the night, and the best thing i like about them which the X1's do NOT have is the Mic Monitoring. It is so much better being able to hear what your saying instead of shouting. The whole set up is very easy to install and takes couple of minutes. These are highly recommended, you can hear allsorts of things but more importantly you can hear the enemy coming, and from which direction! :o) ENJOY

Wonderful piece of kit. I originally had the X1's which I thought were superb, the only drawback was that I'm a bit of a fidget and kept on getting tangled up in the wires. The X3's are a godsend. They’re light and comfortable enough to wear for a considerable amount of time. The sound quality is amazing, as you really do get sucked into the game. I do recommend buying a pack of rechargeable batteries and a charger though as you'll easily spend a fortune on duracells. While I'm here I'd like to thank Lime for their excellent service. Great communications via email. Even outside of office hours there was always someone there to respond to my queries....Cheers Chris.

Ive had these for a few weeks now and can honestly say these are the best headphones ive ever had. The sound quality is second to none they took a while to get used to because you are practically in the game and all the extra sounds you get is strange ie flys flying round rubbish bins but you have a great sense of where somebody else is. Ideal for cod4 hardcore mode as you can hear enemy footsteps. Buy these now you wont be dissapointed

I haven't yet received my order, however i only ordered it yesterday! So my review initially is on the customer service of Lime. Totally superb! I tried to order online but due to internet issues at work i was unable to do this. (Also great you don't have to register to buy - brilliant feature!) So i called up and the call lasted literally 2 minutes to take my order details. I emailed their "queries" address and within 10 minutes i had a reply, which totally blew me away. I think we all know & have experienced the shambles that are big chain stores other various online stores and how they treat their customers. So a massive thumbs up from me & i will definitely be using Lime again and recommending to my fellow clan members.

I have had these headphones a couple of months now, and I must say they are great, I used to play alot of Quake online on the PC and I already knew of the advantages a good set of headphones had, you could hear so much more. However with xbox live I tried my headphones but they sucked because I couldn't hear my voice comms. I didn't know about these headphones so I stuck to using my TV speakers. Since finding these headphones, I have all the benefits of using headphones back again, you can hear which side people are walking, you can determine sounds better to use to your advantage and all with the added use of being able to hear/speak on voice comms again. Great headphones for gaming on the 360. The person who dealt with my query over the phone was also very very helpful, a great service, and I have recommended other people buy some from this site.

These truly are great headphones and a must for any serious gamer! Unfortunately the headset that I received had a fault as I couldn't speak through them. I got straight on the phone to lime and spoke to Chris, he provided a lot of support and guided me through different ways of trying to fix the problem, he also sent out a replacement lead for the headset (which arrived the next day!) and this turned out to be the fault. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The customer service that he provided was exceptional! Great product, amazing service... would highly recommend! Chaz (SKz II ChAz)

The Turtlebeach Earforce X3 is an absolutely amazing product. I went to XL3 LAN and saw this shop selling the Headsets. Although I'm a very sceptical person and thought; " Nah, I don't need it to improve my game. " Back home I googled Turtlebeach and saw a movie which explains everything about the headset and how detailed it is and the moment I finished the movie, I regrett the fact that I didn't buy the Turtlebeach Earforce X3. So I had a talk with our sponsor asking them if it was able to provide one of those headsets to see to put the name to the test. I did have a couple of questions about the delivery since I know Limexb360 is located in the United Kingdom. I decided to call Limexb360 the one and only Turtlebeach Earforce X3 provider in Europe and asked them a couple of questions about the delivery time, cost etc. A great service has been provided, he took the time for all my questions since my English isn't up to standard compared to most of the UK people and he answered all my questions with care. This means that you don't need to be in the UK to get the Turtlebeach Earforce X3! This means that we're able to bring up the competition level in Europe which is amazing news since I think we're all here to have good games on a high level against other top teams. The moment I got the headset I was thrilled! I couldn't wait to use it after hearing all the capabilities. And yup, my first game with that headset I completely changed as a player. After playing on a high level of gaming, a lot of training, lans and competitions I thought I've seen it all. But the Turtlebeach Earforce X3 gave me a complete new experience which allows me to hear everything around me. How far, how many and it pin points exact positions of my oponent, the bass boost gives you an adrenaline rush which makes you more focussed in the game and in the end, I recommend everyone and require my team to play with the Turtlebeach Earforce X3 since it brings out the best gaming out of the player! Great ear phones great service came next day have had them for a week now and they are simply stunning would recomend only one gripe and that was it came with a 2 pin american adapter so i used a shaving plug adapter (X3 now comes with the adaptor FOC the Administrator)

Same as Guy Hood, I was playing my xbox live and struggling with 2 sets of headphones so these are a godsend. The game sound is crystal clear even when cranked up high as is the voice chatter. Lots of adjustment available too for Base, Game and Chat Volumes. A great product highly recomended.

Used these for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say. I would have paid more for them. I used to be in a situation that if I wanted to speak to someone online I had to wear two headsets. One for game sound and a separate headset for gaming chat. After time this can become very uncomfortable. The X3 removed all my woes. The sound quality is good and the fact that they are infrared is a bonus, I just don't like FM wireless. Having said that. Two things are missing. And I'm already wanting the X4 if they ever get round to making one. Wireless chat and a charging base would have been the cherry on the cake. So I think a 4/5 is a good score for an excellent product. And a trouble free internet purchase allways helps.
