Got mine this week, and I'm impressed with both the build quality and sound quality. Bass is heavy, and I'm hearing things I've never heard before, not even through my 5.1 system! Communicating with teammates is also vastly better. My CoD4 play has improved already and I'm going to give them a beasting on Cod5 and maybe Gears2 this weekend! If you've got £50 to spend on a peripheral I don't think there's anything better you can get. Thanks to LIME for bringing such a quality item to UK gamers.

I didnt know what to say when i recieved the item. the delivery was quick and the item itself has to be the second best thing i have bought for my 360. The bass on these things are simply awesome, i tried these on and it felt as though i had subwolfers banging against my ears. However only downside to the headphones is the wiring, however for £44.99, its worth every penny. Just to let those of you guys who have 360's with HDMI capabilities which are hooked to your HD TV's through the HDMI cable, you would need an xbox 360 audio dongle/adapter to split the sound so you can use the headphones, unless of course if you are comfortable with using the standard cables that came within your 360.(administrator) you can simply plug the x1s directly into the TV headphone socket if using the HDMI lead you do not need the audio adaptor to have full usage of the x1s.

OMG what can i say. well i bought this headset for online on CoD4 and since i got it, my gaming has just gone to another level, well i mean, i was alredy a great player - but now im just SiMPLY UNSTOPABLE! i mostly got this headset to use in my cod4 clan matches and they are great, no more geting stabbed of ambushed from behind, the sound quality is great, you can hear them from a mile away. Overall, i highly reccomend this piece of gaming equipment for cod gamers, mainly serious gamers in clans. Fist of all i'll comment on lime. 1 word excellent. i ordered about 1:30 on Thursday and received my X1s today (Friday) at about 2pm. Next day FedEx for £3. wow. on to the headset. i was a little skeptical about buying from a company i hadn't heard of as i'm one of those people who sticks to wider known big brands. anyway, as soon as i opened it i could feel the quality. plenty of decent quality cables with optional extensions etc. connection is a doddle and i tried the head set on my PC connected to a creative X-Fi sound card listening to uncompressed music (high quality) and it sounds fantastic. i used the EQ to test bass and i couldn't believe the amount of undistorted bass they can produce. in case you're wondering, they're very comfortable and surprisingly light. i don't know what else to say, if you're considering buying these but aren't sure. just buy them. you wont be disappointed.

At first I was skeptical about buying these but I am glad I did. I was looking for a new headset to replace my laptop one at first until I came across these. The headset is totally amazing on the xbox 360, I can hear everything in game so clearly and I can hear my friends on private chat too. This is very good for the 360. When trying it with my Laptop I had trouble getting the mic to work as it would not pic up any sound. Luckily I had an analogue usb adapter which does the trick. I am very impressed with these as they do what everyone has been saying; That is giving you the advantage.

Great headphones, very comfortable, very clear microphone. No problems with hearing others. Voice playback from others and game sounds can both be easily adjusted. Surround sound speakers inside the headset allow you to easily locate where enemies are hiding, whether behind you, diagonally left behind you and so on. Best buy since my xbox 360! I bought these coz i heard some yanks talking about them on live so i looked them up and thort woooo. They took me a while too get used to but after that they are unreal. Only bad thing is that you cant hear yourself talking so you end up shouting with out realising.

They are a brilliant peice of kit and i would recomend them to gamers and also to people who play late into the night as they are perfect for that! they are brilliant came in less thn 24 hrs also you can tell where the enemy are and if they are coming behind you but if there is one problem it is that they make your ears very hot and they are quite heavy though but very goood!!!!!

Great headset with excellent sound quality, if you have the cash I would suggest getting the wireless X3s because all those wires can easily get into a tangle. Also after wearing them for an hour or two your neck can start to hurt from the small amount of extra weight. Overall a great headset and it means you can turn the volume up without waking the missus ;)

i got mine a while ago when the old website was up but anyway, since then i have reccomended these to all my clanmembers and now everyone has a pair, they make a big difference in clan games. They take some time to get used to because you are hearing the sounds in a different way but now i cant imagine playing without them. Excellent service from lime, excellent quality product.

Been looking for a decent headset now for a while. owner of my local game shop suggested these amd ,My god was he right. the sound is superbe and insilation is just 2 clicks and done. my gf nolonger has to deal with gta4 blasting out all night or me shouting at my mates cos of my dumb microsoft headset. this is a must buy for all gamers

I watch Xleague on occasions and noticed headphones that people seemed to be wearing, but couldnt make out the manufacturer. I managed to hunt down this site after doing quite a bit of looking about. Ordered but took a while to arrive. This is where i realised I'd cosen the correct place to purchase the items, I say this as Chris was excellent with the service he provided to fulfill my order and track it down. I was given multiple emails by him and felt that he could not have provided a better service if he had tried. nyway why do i give the actual headsets a 5 out of 5, simply because the sound quality is amazing (far better than my surround digital amp did) and the build it robust ( i have a three year old that has managed to get hold of them....) I was suprised at the difference it made to my gaming and i have ranked up in the games i play online faster than i had previously without them. Thanks alot and well done on providing these to the UK gaming market.

Fast delivery, well worth the money. I've spent several months and a fair bit of cash looking for a headset like this. Sound quality is on a par with my normal hi-fi headphones which cost me £55 and you get the all important microphone aswell. They will give you an edge on COD4 and other games and you don't need to be a serious gamer to appreciate that. I'll be using them heavily before everybody gets to hear about them, it's a genuine online advantage!

I was nervous about spending £40 on these but I am a shift worker and wanted a way to play after work without waking my wife. I ordered them yesterday morning and received them today! The in-game sound on CoD4 is unbelievable and you really can locate other players by their footsteps. The Cables did seem daunting but it was all really simple to setup. Literally 2 minutes to plug in and play. V comfortable to wear too. Thanks to limexb for the prompt delivery. I will be recommending these to my gaming colleagues!!!
