Astro Gaming 2011 A40 Upgrade Kit

Bought these with a new XBL CONTROLLER CABLE FOR USB MIXAMP. First excellent service from Chris/Lime. My game chat was not working via my Astro's. I called to place my order but Chris suggested I try a few things before I spent my money (Great customer support), however nothing worked so i went ahead with my order. All problems rectified. Much better game/chat sound & my team mates (Battlefield 3) said they could hear me much clearer than before. In the past it was hard to balance game/chat sound. This now mech better for overall experience. Thanks again to Chris & all at LIme.

Thank you lime for the super fast delivery. I highly recommend this upgrade. The mic sounds much clearer and very flexible and stays in your preferred position! The ear cups add more depth and base and the sound is even more incredible!

1st of all, lime your delivery speed once again amazes me, thanks for the great service, now straight to the point, for this price this upgrade kit is amazing value, the mic stays exactly where you leave it and does not budge, also it is a vast improvement over the standard astro mic, which is by no means poor! and the ear cups feel like memory foam and somehow they create witchcraft when you fit them to the a40's, they somehow change the sound slightly and the lower end feels as if it has a deeper boost to it, slightly more bass! which is a good thing as the astros lack a little in the lower end, which again is not a negative, for a small fee these vastly improve on what is an amazing headset

Excellent product, if you spent 200 on the astros you should defo spend the small fee to update them with this kit! The ear pads are way more comfortable, they keep the sound in and base seems to be deeper!! The mic, although very similar in look stays where you bend it, it doesnt flex its way straight after a few hours, for 12 quid i thnk this product is very good and i recommend it to other Astro A40 users. :-)
