Having this headset is an eye opener that I feel like I have shares in the company. I want everyone to experience the great sound both when watching tv or movies and then on another level for my 360 and ps3. You will cherish this like you have never have before. Enjoy |

Let me start with lime. There customer service is excellent. This is why, the a40’s were out of stock with an in stock that had changed a few times due to the supplier, I sent an email to Lime asking if they had an idea on a in stock date which was replied too within a few hours offering to contact me via phone once they are in stock. Got a call on Monday saying they were in stock to which I was mega happy. They were ordered and paid for and arrived the following day before lunch time.
One slight problem which was not Lime’s fault was I did not have any speaker tags, quick call to Lime and this was sorted. Got my speaker tags this morning
Originally I had Turtle Beach X41’s which I returned due interference, random pops and cracks and a constant hiss all the time.
The Astros and Mix amp have such a better sound and its a-lot easier to tell where different sounds are coming from. One complete audio system that will sort you right out for sound and communication on the Xbox.
If you have £150 to spend on a headset save yourself a few ££’s more and get these you will not regret it.

Awsome Headset,and "Little" gadget the mixamp!!Worth the money if you can. Superb Sound Quality,and i've owned the ax pro before..but these outclass those by far far away! COD player so for that game this is the best buy! LIME service of course the best in the world!! Thanks lime one more time.. 5 stars to both lime and astro! |

A tip, if you find you get a humming sound when you turn the dial to voice, power it from something other than your xbox, this happened to me, I found I put it full way to game there was no hum at all soon as I turned it the other way the hum was there, and as soon as I plugged the USB power lead into my PC it was crystal clear, no hum what so ever at which ever side you put the dial, I'm guessing this might happen to more than just me, it's nothing to do with the mix amp its the 360 so dont worry if this happens to you. Just use a different power source and it will be fine. |

Service from lime is the best around, seriously these guys are fast and hassle free, just before I ordered the Astro's I tried ordering the X41's from game and had nothing but hassle, I tried to order them twice, but they literally said no to the transaction twice, literally from when I placed the order, it took them two days to even tell me it was denied, where as Lime I ask a question and whithin minutes I have a reply, so what ever you do, go to lime, always the best customer service you could possibly get, and literally I ordered yesterday I got them this afternoon. Now onto the headset, it is absolutley amazing, it has literally blown what I thought were good headsets, to pieces. |

Very impressed with delivery! 23 hours from placing web order to receiving at the door, and in these adverse weather conditions too! I'm working from home due to the weather, so I'll open the box tonight and post a product review later. |

There was a problem with my delivery which was down to a fault with UPS the courier service and I did not receive my product next day and I paid £10 for NDD, however a swift call to Chris at Lime refunded my delivery charge and got it to me the next day. Proper nice fella.
Anyway yeah the Astros are at the very top of the gaming headset ladder, outclass the AxPros and X4's any day of the week. If you have the money they are DEFINITELY worth buying. Sound quality is not just loud it's actually amazing quality sound, it doesn't distort even when played at max volume. Design, comfort, usability, and just pure sexualness give this an easy 5/5, even the box it comes in is pure sex. :) |

Fantastic product! the sound is amazing & the build quality feels first class, even the box they come in is quality, none of that rubbish plastic stuff here! I telephoned Lime to ask a few questions about the item before i purchased it and the guy that i spoke to ( i think his name was chris) was very polite and helpfull, he also answered all my questions & knew exactly what he was talking about, unlike some companies i have dealt with in the past! i would highly recommend Lime to anybody thinking of buying headsets! EXCELLENT SERVICE & EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! |

Just upgraded to the Astro A40+mix amp after a pair of Turtle beach X4s.They are so much better and the sound is just perfect for MW2 and COD5.The headphones and mix amp are a perfect combination for online gaming and music.They are constructed to the highest quality,the packaging alone is just exceptional.You do need the optical cable if you want the best possible sound for your 360 & PS3.The service from LIME was outstanding and would recommended to anyone. 10/10

ive used the turtle beach x4s and x41s and the sharkoons but these are far better there extremely light which allows long comfortable gaming sessions with superb comfort cant wait till astro release a new headset |

I ordered the Astro A40s and Mixamp and have been thoroughly impressed with the product. Unfortunately after six months my mixamp developed a fault. I immediatly contacted lime who suggested things to try then offered to look at the mixamp and diagnose any problems. Limes service was exceptional because within around 7 days I had a brand new mixamp. Lime were unsure if the one I sent was indeed faulty, but as a gesture of goodwill sent out a replacement anyway. I must be unlucky because this mixamp was faulty also. I contacted lime again who tried to help by suggesting fixes I could try and even contacted astro on my behalf. After trying different things I was suprised to recieve a call from Limes MD apolagising and offering to send out a 3rd fully tested mixamp by fedex. I was even told 'don't worry about returning the other mixamp, we want to get you up and running first'. This to me represents exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond anything I've ever experienced before. I'm happy to say that I am third time lucky as my mixamp works perfectly again. This experience has shown me that Lime care about their customers and provide top notch after sales service. I'll continue to buy with confidence from Lime because I know if I have any problems down the line I can count on them for help and support. Buy in confidence! |

Great headset and fast delivery from lime.Ordered on a monday night and received wed morning.Had a slight problem with the mic making a buzzing noise over xbox live but an email to astro which was replied to in a matter of hours sorted the problem.If you play on any of the cod series then i seriously recomend this setup. |

Had this headset and mixamp for 2 weeks and the av forum fanboys are right , this setup is very good . Using a ps3 with optical cable (a must) played cod4 as its sound stage is good test , 3D sound is achieved and direction of sound source easy to identify . Even dead silence can be heard once you recognise it . Mix amp is a must . Headset alone for me is just a decent quality stereo headphones with built in mic . Have had 3 previous headsets from LIME (TB PX1 , Tritton AX Pro and A40 combo) and these are the best but for the whole kit (headset,mixamp,optical cable,mic adapter) it is quite a price to pay but again so far they are the best I have ever used . Mind you if you only have £140 to spend on a gaming headset I know the Tritton AX Pro is quality as well . As mentioned this is my 3rd LIME headset and the customer service and delivery time was still first class . Have just purchased a pair of Sennheiser HD595 to try with mixamp so will see how they compare (sorting mic will be a bit of a chew on though!) |

OMG i got it today and its for XMAS but i needed an Optical Cable and i needed to buy it seperate so i give it 4/5 cuz of dat but i love it even thought i havent used it yet lol but it feels so cool it my Xmas gift but i was aloud 2 try it out and so if it worked rite

Its an amazing headset i ordered it on friday after 5pm and got it today at about 2pm its a really good headset and worth the money its good for cod 4/5 and on my first game i went 25-3 on a free for all |

The headset itself is AMAZING! If you have the money I would definately recommend this headset above all. The delivery took quite a while to arrive,(please bear in mind this customer is in Ireland) but i'm above happy with the quality of this headset. NOTE: If you do buy this, make sure to buy the optical cable with it. |

An absolutely amazing headset! I upgraded from TB x3s and what a difference! Wireless used to be important to me but wired are currently so much better sound quality wise. The outlay for these is a hefty one but I game in a small room where a surround system would be overkill. Also, I like to game well into the early hours on the weekend and headsets allow me to do this without disturbing the missus! At first I Considered TB x41, then Tritton AX720 and then realised I couldnt settle with anything but the Astros. Service from Lime was awesome - excellent comms & next day delivery, will definitely be my first stop for gaming equipment in the future. Honestly, do yourself (and your ears) a favour and buy these beauties!! |

I ordered my A40's yesterday and they came today. LIME really do live up to their word when they say next day delievery. I live in Northern Ireland so I was doubting it but it did come. Excellent customer service and the product is fantastic. It has improved my game so much on Call of Duty 4 and World at War. My first game with them I went 33-3 on Team Deathmatch. Make sure you buy the optical cable as it's such a big difference without it. I'd recommend these to anyone who has the cash, they may seem like a lot but believe me it's worth every bit of it. It was a big upgrade from my coming from X1's but they are so much better than the X1's, I'd say at least 5 times better. A great product and a great service from LIME. 5/5 any day. |

wow....just wow. i ordered my atros 2 weeks ago on monday at 3:45pm ish. they were on my doorstep by noon the next day. amazing service from lime and amazing headphones. no1 gaming headset no question. iv had tb x4s and trittons and neither of them compare the the a40's. they are the best!! if u can afford this headset then buy it. you will not regret it 10/10 |

ASTRO A40 + MIX AMP
Superb kit. Since purchasing I have not played on XBOX without them. They provide far more sound detail & much more gaming information then my Sony 5:1 surround system. Excellent with COD4 and especially COD5, they really give the user an advantage. High quality and extremely well built, very light & comfortable.

The best headphones ive ever used.They are such a big improvemnet from using x's.Cant fault them at all quality heasdset and very comfy for long periods even when wearing glasses.

Probably The Best Headset there is ! Got mine Yesterday, 10x as good as Trittons. There Also Very Comfy and Lightweight on your head. Optical Cable makes the movement of enemies so clear. The Lime Service is outstanding ordered it wednesday around 4, It was on my door the next morning. Thanks Guys |
