Hi Just thought I'd drop you a line to thank you for your outstanding service, something that is sadly lacking in many industries these days.

I had a number of questions prior to commiting to my order which you answered concisely, helpfully and advised me regarding how the mixamp would fit into my current setup. Furthermore, once I had received the equipment (which incidentally arrived the very next day after ordering, thanks) I had a few other questions which you were most helpful with too and actually took the time to run through all my possible options. I always think that is a sign of a good company, one that has time for you after making the sale. I mean, anyone can be nice when they stand to make something out of it but the true test comes when and if there are any queries - and you passed with flying colours!!

I'd read glowing reports of the way you do business prior to making contact so I know the service I received was your 'standard' but I just had to say how happy I am with what I received. I don't usually bother sending this kind of email but credit where credit's due, you deserve it. ;-)

It goes without saying but obviously if anyone I know asks who I suggest to buy headsets etc from, it will be yourselves I recommend.

Thanks Lime, Can i just also say that your Service is second to none it really is top notch, i received my Steel Series 5XB headset the next day after purchasing from you which is really appreciated, also your customer service is fantastic the best customer service i have ever had of any company, i emailed you about my Steel Series Audio Mixer problem and you replied straight away the next day, with no questions asked before you even emailed me back you had already ordered me a new replacement Audio mixer direct from Steel series which was delivered next day as well at no extra cost. Regarding this i would just like to thank Lime as a company and the people who work there also a big thanks to the person who dealt with my problem in a professional manner, there service really is outstanding and i would strongly recommend nobody hesitate to buy of there site, i will definitely be using Lime again.

Lionel Astro A40 5.8 Wireless Audio System

Finally ordered the Astro A40 wireless headphones/ mixamp and a rechargeable battery, been watching reviews on utube and reading everything i could on them for months.
Ordered them  09.30 Thursday, received conformation email of order, checked the website and at 10.30 item showing dispatched (these guys don't hang around)
Received a txt Friday morning from Royal Mail saying order will be delivered today
10.05 Friday wife rings me saying your parcel has arrived
10.55 Royal Mail txt me confirming your parcel has been delivered
excellent service
All i have to do now is try and concentrate on work, not easy knowing my Astro's are waiting for me to unbox them...

I would just like to congratulate you on your fantastic customer service, before purchasing The Astro A40 audio system from you you answered all of my emails very quickly which is a credit to you as  not many companies do this,I was very surprised to learn that you had dispatched my order as quickly as you did. The quality of the head set far surpassed my expectations it is built a lot better than my Trittons. The free FPS Freeks were a very nice gesture and appreciated greatly.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at lime.Ive just received my splitfish shark today 2/3/2011 which was ordered sunday night.
Not everyone would have heard of your company and like myself was a bit jubious ordering from a company of the internet.
This is now my 3rd product brought off you ,all 3 times ive never had a problem and your service is second to none.
I havnt had time yet to try the shark out yet but it arrived in perfect condition.

I’ve got to say – truly awesome delivery speed.

Having ordered on the 22^nd December at 23:04 I was more than prepared to wait for delivery until after Christmas, but for the goods to be despatched and delivered by the 24^th is a truly outstanding achievement. Seems the positive reviews/testimonials are all true. Good job!

I recently recieved the X4 chat lead following a query of faulty X4 Headphones purchased via the website Limebox in November 2008. I am writing to tell you that ever since I purchased the headphones as a gift to my husband for Christmas I have been both surprised and pleased by the customer service I received from your staff.  Every effort has been made to help me with my queries. There was an initial problem with the headphones just a few months after purchasing them, and this was resolved very quickly and easily with very little hassle to me or my husband.  I would like to thank the staff that dealt with both queries and would definitely recommend your company and will continue to use the company in future.

A Crookes Astro A40 Audio System

I just want to thank everyone at Lime with the problem I had with my Astro A40 headset. I purchased the headset with a mix amp in December 2009, then the right head piece on the headset would not produce any sound. I contacted Lime who responed to my email asap and then Chris in customer service phoned me to diagnose the problem. The problem was identified very quickly and a new headphone cable was sent to me next day at no exta cost to myself.

Throughout the whole process of sorting out my headphones out Lime staff where exceptional.They have the best customer sevice of any online retailer. If you are intreseted in buying any of there products do hestitate in using Lime.

First of all, the headphones can take a back seat. The real review here is for the service from lime. When I contacted them first of all, there was no stock of the sharkoons and Michelle told me she would give me a call when they came in. Unfortunately I missed her call but top marks for actually calling me. When I finally got round to calling back it was literally 4.30. I apologise for this but I cant remember if it was Lucke or Chris I spoke to but he got the order sorted and I still received the package next day. Highly reccommend you to all my friends and will definatly buy from you again in the furtue. Also, the sharkoons are sweet.

I got these on friday morning after ordering them on the thursday at 4pm , that what I call service. Luke , chris and michelle were very helpful through out the process of choosing which headset I wanted , it was a toss up between the sharks and the astros, I've tried both and can honestly say there's not much difference between the two, certinally not £80 worth of difference, the sound is second to none and if your just wanting to sound whore then these will do the job. 5* all round headset, really comfy and don't look stupid on your head, only down side is I can't take them to use at LAN :-(. Once again thanks to lime for their outstanding customer service. VVV Drama

I got these awesome headphones the next day after ordering and they were great, even when i had a small problem with the headset they tried to help me resolve it over the phone and even when it wasnt resolved they sent out a brand new headset as a replacement which came the next day The customer support is top notch and helpful i just wish more companies were like Lime

I have had the Turtle Beach X4's for a couple of years now and thought when i got them they were a massive improvement listening to the game through the TV. These Astro's are as bigger jump in Quality again. Everything about them in excellent the Quality of the product is A* even the boxes the kit comes in is high Quality. I can not reccommend these highly enough and also yet again the Lime service is second to none. Communication was amazing and i got a call before they arrived to tell me that Astro had shipped them with out the speaker tags and they arrived the next day. I will never use another webiste again to buy xbox kit

Service from lime is the best around, seriously these guys are fast and hassle free, just before I ordered the Astro's I tried ordering the X41's from game and had nothing but hassle, I tried to order them twice, but they literally said no to the transaction twice, literally from when I placed the order, it took them two days to even tell me it was denied, where as Lime I ask a question and whithin minutes I have a reply, so what ever you do, go to lime, always the best customer service you could possibly get, and literally I ordered yesterday I got them this afternoon. Now onto the headset, it is absolutley amazing, it has literally blown what I thought were good headsets, to pieces.

Let me start of by saying lime has one of THE best customer service i have ever received. I order a lot of things of the internet and some times things go wrong and the customer service is appalling, however lime was very easy fast and most of all very polite ( shout out to Michelle, the women who i spoke to on the phone) to customers. This headset is amazing for it's price! i own the astro a40 yet i needed one more pair of headphones for the xbox 360 and wasn't prepared to pay £200 for another astro so i had my heart set on the sharkoons. I did my research and these headphones came up a lot in forums. The mic on these headsets are good, yet as i knew they had a problem with the chat lead wire. My chat lead did not work after 1 day of use however as i stated in the beginning the customer service was 10 out of 5 stars !! ( shout out to Michelle =) ) Now these headphones are comfortable yet the headsets are heavy and slightly put pressure on your ears, which when you are like me playing 5-6 hours in one sit, comfortability is very important. Easy to set-up sometimes you will find yourself adjusting the settings for about 1 minute to get that perfect balance of game and voice chat...overall the headsets i give 4 out of 5 and the service just perfect! This was my fist experience with lime and WILL NOT BE THE LAST!

Fantastic product! the sound is amazing & the build quality feels first class, even the box they come in is quality, none of that rubbish plastic stuff here! I telephoned Lime to ask a few questions about the item before i purchased it and the guy that i spoke to ( i think his name was chris) was very polite and helpfull, he also answered all my questions & knew exactly what he was talking about, unlike some companies i have dealt with in the past! i would highly recommend Lime to anybody thinking of buying headsets! EXCELLENT SERVICE & EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!

Really Good Build And Sound Quality Had Problems Though At 1st With My Chat Lead And Mic But When i Contacted a Lime Customer Support Person They Diagnosed it straight away and send me a brand new Mic And Lead From Tritton Which Took Under 2 Days.Thanks For That.I recieved the chat lead Today and its working Amazingly.This Headset Is Better Than X4'S And Sharkoons In My Opinion, So This Is A Good Budgeted Headset.So Thanks Lime For You Support And Service 5* As Always,Dan

Ordered on a Monday afternoon at 2 p.m., were at my house the next day by 12 p.m.! Ordered by phone, very friendly but professional service. Excellent for COD 4, really can hear people running up stairs etc. Gives you a rather small advantage!! Lol. Great for films too, now I can play games and movies as loud as I like without upsetting my sleeping kids!! Great service and great product!

 Probably The Best Headset there is ! Got mine Yesterday, 10x as good as Trittons. There Also Very Comfy and Lightweight on your head. Optical Cable makes the movement of enemies so clear. The Lime Service is outstanding ordered it wednesday around 4, It was on my door the next morning. Thanks Guys

Headset: 5/5 LIME: 5/5 This headset is the ultimate package - great sound quality - crisp and clear, super loud (if you need to go there - i play with them well below half volume) and very comfortable - even during those longer sessions. The only (possible) downside is that 2 plugs are needed for power and all the cables, but well worth it! LIME have been great. Had an issue with the first headset they sent and got a replacement well within a week. All in all a great product from a fantastic retailer.

Got mine this week, and I'm impressed with both the build quality and sound quality. Bass is heavy, and I'm hearing things I've never heard before, not even through my 5.1 system! Communicating with teammates is also vastly better. My CoD4 play has improved already and I'm going to give them a beasting on Cod5 and maybe Gears2 this weekend! If you've got £50 to spend on a peripheral I don't think there's anything better you can get. Thanks to LIME for bringing such a quality item to UK gamers.
