Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Live Interactive Media Events Ltd only deliver to the United Kingdom (the Channel Islands and, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands will incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Live Interactive Media Events Ltd will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Live Interactive Media Events Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra £4.00 for a third attempt on delivery. If you can not collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to limexb. All returned orders to limexb will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a £9.99 charge for the attempted deliveries.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Force Majeure
limexb360 shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
Faulty Goods
To return a faulty product please email us at customersupport@limexb360.co.uk .before posting the goods. When returning please ensure we have issued a returns form to you and that this is completed fully as indicated prior to returning your item. Please make sure the item is wrapped securely to avoid damage.
Please note we can only accept a faulty return if your item is returned complete including all the original manufacturers packaging, so please do not throw this away upon purchase or we will not be able to accept the item back.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RETURNED GOODS VIA RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in cases where goods are lost or not received, Lime cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.
For returns found to be faulty we will either replace the product with the same, have the item repaired or offer a refund should the product no longer be available. Within the first six months of purchase you may return your item to us if it develops a fault. After this time please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement of your product, details of how to contact the manufacturer can be found in the product manual or we can provide you with the necessary contact information if you are unable to find it (please e-mail customersupport@limexb360.co.uk). We are also only able to take returns on products with an inherent fault and not items that are no longer operating due to neglect or other means of damage - eg. Snapped headphones or damage to cables.
*IMPORTANT: International Returns. - *Please note for International customers with faulty hardware you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with replacing the faulty goods, or return the item to us at your own expense for replacing. We can collect your item for you if you would like to pay for this service, please e-mail customersupport@limexb360.co.uk and we will request a quote from our courier company*.*
If your item arrives in the post damaged please contact us immediately at customersupport@limexb360.co.uk and when returning the item please include the packaging the item arrived damaged in.
Non-Faulty Goods
If you change your mind about your purchase you have 7 days from the date of reciept to do so and return it to us unopened at your own expense for a full refund after this time we do not accept returns. We do not accept returns for non-faulty un-wanted Headsets in any circumstance if they have been opened/unsealed due to Hygiene reasons. Before returning your product please e-mail customersupport@limexb360.co.uk to confirm your cancellation of the order, we only accept cancellation via this method. Ensure the item is packaged securely and include with your return a note containing your order number and reason for return. Please send the item back via Recorded Delivery - if goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in cases where goods are lost or not received, Lime cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.
If you are returning hardware we advise you send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit.
Testing
We do test every single return, and if a returned product is found not to be faulty by our Lime test team we will return the product to you with a postage charge not exceeding £2.90 for Software and £9.50 for Hardware. To prevent this please explore every possible avenue to try and get your product operating as it should be before returning and contact the manufacturer if necessary for assistance.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Live Interactive Media Events Ltd website, or by emailing us at info@limexb360.co.uk
All orders taken before 3.30pm will be processed and sent the same day.
